Washington to organize Tuskegee Institute. Armstrong Hall was designed by Robert R. Taylor and Lewis H. Persley and was completed in 1932. It serves as the home for many chemistry and biology classes. It also has the very best laboratory equipment in addition to laboratories on each of the three floors.
